Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. All payment will be in advance.
All payments for services booked through the Daimaa platform must be made in advance.
2. Refund is applicable on applied slab rate.
Refunds are applicable based on the applied slab rate as determined by Daimaa at the time of service booking.
Cancellation Process
Customers & Company can cancel the package with a 24 hours pre-intimation to our customer support centre or by dropping an e-mail at hello@mydaimaa.com and claim the refund as per terms agreed with company .*
